It is highly recommended by Macquarie Garage Doors that your garage door be serviced by one of our experienced service team. This helps to avoid major repair costs by ensuring the door and opener are operating at a premium to stop extra unwanted wear and tear on parts.

Gliderol & Danmar Garage Doors and Merlin Garage Door Openers supplied and installed by Macquarie Garage Doors come with a 7-year Parts & Labour Warranty (since 1 Jan 2018). Recommended Service Intervals

Macquarie Garage Doors highly recommends all Residential Garage Doors be serviced every 24 months, based on your average usage rate. If you use your garage door more as front door access into your house and daily operation exceeds 16 times, we recommend annual services by our experienced technicians. This is seen as preventative maintenance to keep your door running in the best possible way all year round. This service includes ensuring the door tension is correct, the door is aligned properly, the motor settings are all correct, the door parts are fully lubricated, and the safety reversal system is working as per Australian Standards. 

For Commercial Garage Doors, recommended service intervals can range from quarterly, half-yearly or annual options depending on the level of usage. We are able to recommend service intervals to suit your Commercial Garage Door as required.

Warranty for some Doors and Automatic Garage Door Openers requires that you have your door and/or motor serviced every 12-24 months.
